I had a lovely stay at this hotel with its fantastic buffet breakfast and excellent meeting room, but the cleanliness of the carpeted floors in the rooms and hallways was disappointing. The hotel offers its own ski area, which is perfect for beginners, although I had concerns about the ski equipment rental quality. Overall, it's a mixed bag of experiences.

While the hotel offered a very pleasant stay with spacious and clean rooms, it did have some drawbacks, such as the long check-in process and some limitations in ski options. The dining experience was exceptional, particularly the dinner buffet, but there were concerns about the ski equipment rental quality. Overall, it was a great place for families with young children looking for both swimming and skiing activities.

My stay at The Hotel Listel was very pleasant, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering breathtaking views, especially from my corner room on the 14th floor. The comfy rooms and superb restaurant featuring French cuisine made for a lovely experience. However, the hotel's age was noticeable, and it might not be ideal for everyone. Overall, it serves as a great base for exploring the region around Aizu Wakamatsu.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel during the Japanese winter holidays. The atmosphere was very cozy with beautiful decorations outside. The large spa with a panoramic view of Inawashiro Lake was definitely a highlight. However, the dining experience could get quite crowded and the all-you-can-eat restaurant felt a bit like a training camp at times.

The Hotel Listel offers a lovely retreat with beautiful views of the mountains and lake. The rooms are comfortable and provide a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great base for exploring the Aizu Wakamatsu area. Dining was a highlight, with delicious French cuisine served elegantly. However, the check-in process was a bit slow due to high guest volume, and while the skiing facilities are nice, the variety of slopes could be improved.
